I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Corpus Christi! The spacious room was tastefully decorated, and the Cozy Corner oversized sofa was perfect for lounging. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a great vacation.

The bed in the room felt lumpy and uncomfortable, which is below the standards expected from this brand. Additionally, the provided ADA-compliant room had a stubborn bathroom door that dragged badly and required a hefty shove to open. More concerning was the breakfast area where pets, not just service dogs, were allowed, which can make it unpleasant for non-dog lovers. It also seemed odd that housekeeping only cleaned rooms every other day, leaving us without fresh towels when we stayed two nights.
