One elevator was out of service, which made things tricky during busy times. Overall, a nice place but needs a few tweaks to improve the experience.

Additionally, the provided ADA-compliant room had a stubborn bathroom door that dragged badly and required a hefty shove to open. More concerning was the breakfast area where pets, not just service dogs, were allowed, which can make it unpleasant for non-dog lovers. It also seemed odd that housekeeping only cleaned rooms every other day, leaving us without fresh towels when we stayed two nights.
